Absolutely incredible experience! If you hate going to the dentist (like most any humans) GO HERE! Nia the receptionist makes it so warm and inviting when you arrive. Kenzie is a freaking textbook of information and she is amazingly precise with the cleaning tools (not once did her hand slip 🤯🤯) super friendly to talk to as well. Then there is the head dentist Dr. Benefield! You can feel the smile radiating through her mask. Nothing but calm as she enters the room. An excellent staff through and through. Highly recommend!

Nothing but 5 Star quality. The highest level of professionalism and patient care. The entire team is great. I travel locally for work so I did not set an appointment. They offered to text me when appointments become available and we will see what works. This was the best thing! After finally getting a break, they called me with an appointment that worked! I arrived at 7:30. The office was briefing for the day. Once done, they quickly grabbed me and got me going. Oh! The “paperwork” process is smooth, too. All of that is done prior to your arrival. This team is the best. I’ve found my dentist for life!

I know there are people who look forward to going to the dentist, but I am not one of them. That said, I do consistently feel better about my teeth when I leave their office. Dr. Benefield is caring and patient—never too busy to answer my questions. To a person, every member of the staff I encountered today was friendly and kind, knowledgeable, professional, and skilled. It’s how they roll.

This was the best dental visit I have ever had. Everyone was friendly, caring and took care of me quickly. Obviously, the staff is a reflection of Dr Maria Benefield who could not have been nicer or more professional. My first visit but, I have found my dentist for life!

As a new patient at Dr. Benefield's practice, I'm very pleased with the exceptional care and friendly atmosphere. Dr. Benefield's conservative approach to dental care is just what I was looking for, and her staff is absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend this dental practice for their excellent service and a truly awesome staff!
